After-School Robotics InstructorLocation:
25 Valleywood Dr, unit 2-3, Markham:
We are looking for a enthusiastic and knowledgeable Robotics Instructor to lead after-school robotics classes. The ideal candidate will have a passion for STEM education, experience working with children, and the ability to make learning engaging and fun.
Responsibilities:
Teach and guide students in robotics and STEM activities. Develop engaging lesson plans and projects. Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment. Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback. Maintain and organize robotics equipment and materials.
Working Hours:
2:30 PM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday. Maybe difference due to schedule.
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of robotics, coding, and STEM concepts Previous teaching or coaching experience (preferred) Excellent communication and leadership skills Patience and enthusiasm for working with children Background in science, technology, engineering, or education is a plus
Note:
Background checks may be required prior to employment.Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.20-$20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8 - 20 per week
Work Location: In person
