. You will design, prototype, refine, and translate complex engineering ideas into
simple, engaging, and age-appropriate learning experiences

Key Responsibilities
Design
interactive, hands-on STEM and 3D printing curriculum
that emphasizes
iteration, problem-solving, and creativity
Develop lesson plans, project guides, and learning resources that encourage students to
test, refine, and improve their designs
Design and iterate on
hands-on electromechanical projects
using an
iterative design process
Create
real-world 3D printing projects
that introduce students to digital design and fabrication
Use
CAD tools and 3D printing workflows
to create sample models and course materials
Translate technical ideas into
clear, age-appropriate lessons
for students aged 6-14
Ensure content is accessible to different learning styles and classroom settings
Take ownership of deliverables and collaborate with instructors to refine content based on classroom feedback
Time Commitment & Expectations
Requires
meaningful and consistent weekly availability
Work is
hands-on and iteration-heavy

Reliability, responsibility, and follow-through are essential
Qualifications Required
Background in
Robotics, Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electrical, or Electromechanical Engineering
Passion for teaching and working with children aged
6-14
Strong ability to
simplify complex technical concepts
Experience using
CAD software
Familiarity with
3D printing workflows
Experience integrating
basic electronics into physical designs
Self-driven, organized, and dependable
Strong Asset
Prior experience designing and iterating on
custom, hands-on engineering projects
, especially projects that combine
mechanical design, electronics, and fabrication
