As we expand across North America, Europe, and beyond, we're looking for a creative and driven Product Designer to join our design team and help bring innovative new products to life.

The Role

We're seeking a talented and motivated Product Designer to join our creative team part-time (10-15 hours per week to start), with the intention of growing into a full-time role. You'll work closely with our Creative Director to develop new products across multiple collections, from concept through to production-ready design.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with the Creative Director to conceptualize and design new products and packaging for upcoming seasonal and everyday collections. Develop detailed product renderings, dielines, mock-ups, and presentation boards. Work with manufacturing partners to refine designs for production and ensure design intent is maintained through sampling. Research and apply global trends in color, materials, and design to inspire new product ideas. Prepare accurate print-ready files, artwork, and specifications for factories and distributors. Assist in creating lifestyle photo mock-ups, retail display visuals, and brand presentation decks. Support design needs for sales presentations, catalogs, and marketing materials as needed. Help maintain and evolve PartyAire's visual identity across product lines and collections.

Skills & Qualifications

Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other key design software. Strong understanding of layout, typography, and color theory. Experience designing for physical products, packaging, or consumer goods is an asset. Excellent attention to detail, organization, and communication skills. Passion for creativity, innovation, and sustainable design.

Pay: $22.50 per hour
