Job Summary

As an Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality educational content, fostering a positive learning environment, and supporting student development.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement lesson plans that align with curriculum standards. Deliver engaging lectures and facilitate interactive discussions to enhance student understanding. Assess student performance through assignments, tests, and projects, providing constructive feedback. Create a supportive classroom atmosphere that encourages student participation and collaboration. Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and progress reports. Collaborate with fellow instructors and staff to improve instructional methods and share best practices. Stay updated on educational trends and incorporate innovative teaching strategies into the classroom.

Skills

Proven classroom experience with a strong understanding of effective teaching methodologies. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey complex concepts clearly. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and maintain an orderly classroom environment. Ability to build rapport with students and create an inclusive atmosphere for diverse learners. Proficiency in using educational technology tools to enhance learning experiences. A passion for education and a commitment to fostering student growth and success. Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 - 20 per week
