About the Role
As our
Roblox Marketing & Community Coordinator
, you'll be the heartbeat of our Roblox campaigns -- helping turn branded activations into real community moments.
You'll plan and run events, manage creator partnerships, and engage players through Discord, YouTube, and Roblox itself. You'll learn how to grow worlds, build hype, and shape the next wave of Gen Alpha community marketing -- all while gaining hands-on experience at the frontier of gaming and AI.
This role blends marketing execution, community energy, and creative initiative. You'll work closely with the marketing and dev teams to make sure every campaign feels alive, authentic, and fun.
What You'll Do
Community & Events
Plan and host in-game events that drive engagement and player retention
Coordinate Roblox group activities, reward drops, and badge challenges
Manage and grow our Discord community through themed events and updates
Content & Platform Management
Update Roblox thumbnails, descriptions, and event pages to boost visibility
Support short-form video ideation for YouTube and other social platforms
Research platform trends to keep our campaigns culturally relevant
Influencer & Partnership Coordination
Handle outreach and coordination with creators and KOLs
Manage asset delivery, scheduling, and post-event follow-ups
Support branded drops, code campaigns, and partnership activations
Organization & Operations
Keep campaign assets and documentation organized in Notion
Track timelines and deliverables across teams and projects
Use AI tools to brainstorm, research, and automate repetitive tasks
You'll Thrive Here If You
Love Roblox, gaming, and internet culture -- and understand what players care about
Are proactive, curious, and comfortable figuring things out as you go
Have strong communication and organization skills
Are creative and detail-oriented -- equal parts imagination and follow-through
Enjoy collaborating with designers, devs, and marketers
Use (or are eager to learn) AI tools to speed up your workflow
Bonus Points
Experience managing or growing a Roblox group or Discord server
Background in digital marketing, influencer coordination, or gaming content
Familiarity with tools like RoMonitor, RoAnalytics, or Roblox Studio
Understanding of YouTube, TikTok, or social storytelling trends
