Marketing & Sales Coordinator

to join our team.

This role combines marketing execution, basic visual design, and client-facing sales support--perfect for a hands-on marketer who enjoys seeing their impact on real projects.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing:

Plan, create, and manage digital content for WeChat, Xiaohongshu, Instagram, and other platforms Capture and edit photos/videos of completed projects for marketing use Design simple marketing materials such as social media posts, flyers, brochures (Photoshop/Canva/Figma experience preferred) Execute local marketing initiatives (flyer distribution, community engagement, showroom branding, etc.)
Sales Support:

Support the sales team with site visits, window measurements, and customer consultation Help prepare quotes, material samples, and invoices Coordinate communication between clients and internal teams (production, scheduling, installation) Assist in building and maintaining strong client relationships and referral networks

Requirements

2+ years of marketing experience

(preferably in home decor, interior design, or B2C services) Proficiency in basic graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar) Comfortable with photography/video creation for social content Strong written and verbal communication skills in

English and Mandarin and/or Cantonese

Valid Ontario driver's license and ability to travel within the GTA; own car is a plus Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks independently Passionate about customer service and visual aesthetics
