Vaughan is your place to grow.Position OverviewUnder minimal supervision, responsible to patrol the City\'s road network to perform routine inspection of the roads, streetlights, signs and other related appurtenances to ensure that the roads are safe for vehicular and pedestrian traffic; patrols the City\'s road network in compliance with Provincial Minimum Maintenance Standards (MMS) ; provides information with respect to future repairs, and perform limited amounts of manual labour as required; responsible for safe operation, servicing and performing minor repairs to trucks (including ploughs and salters) and other vehicles and machinery used by the Roads Division, ensuring safety and security of assigned equipment.Qualifications and Experience
