As Road Assist Administrative Support, you\xe2\x80\x99ll play an integral role when it comes to supporting our Members who contact the Road Assist Call Centre. You\xe2\x80\x99ll be responsible for managing and maintaining the accuracy and integrity of BCAA\'s road assist customer records and accounts. You will also coordinate the administrative activities for the BCAA Road Assist team and their partners, suppliers, members, customers, contractors and various divisions of BCAA.

What you\xe2\x80\x99ll

  • Ensure Member records and accounts are accurate and up to date.

  • Maintain the accuracy and integrity of all records and systems by completing accounts payables, receivables, reimbursements, and account changes and other financial processes.

  • Provide input to continuously improve processes, procedures and production issues.

  • Address and resolve Member account issues and concerns.

  • Cross-train the team within the road assist administration area on best practices, processes and procedures and maintain training and resource materials.

  • Provide technical and process support regarding BCAA systems, including D2000/3000, SPP, CPMS, and POS NEAT.

  • Maintain and increase your knowledge of all Road Assist Membership products, guidelines, best practices, services, resources and technologies.





What you\xe2\x80\x99ve done

  • Completed at least six months of post-secondary education.

  • At least two years of business administration, general accounting and/or office experience, including one year of accounts receivable and payables balancing and reporting.

  • Intermediate computer experience with Windows, Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word & Excel) with 40 wpm keyboarding skills.

  • You\xe2\x80\x99re comfortable using Google Maps or similar navigation applications with geographical knowledge of British Columbia, Yukon and immediate surrounding areas.

  • Bonus skills: Knowledge of Membership & BCAA internal systems: D3, Verint, WorkDay (WD), NEAT, Diamond, D2000 Admin (Dispatcher), CPMS, SPP, & Amazon Connect.




Other qualifications:

  • Must successfully pass a background check, which may include a criminal, identification, credit, education, and reference checks.

The salary range for this position is $48,265.68 to $60,332.04, plus a performance bonus target of 5%, with the opportunity to earn up to 9%.
