- Experienced in Home and Community Care is an asset
- Current BCLS certification (Level C)
- Demonstrated clinical assessment and patient/family teaching skills
- Demonstrated effective communication skills
- Charting on Procura is an asset
- Clear & updated Vulnerable Sector Check (within last six months)
- Valid Driverxe2x80x99s License & reliable car in community homecare is required
- Up to date TB test within last 2 years
- Must have your own:
b) Blood pressure cuff and SphygmomanometerNote: This is a specialty program for Peritoneal Dialysis, Wound Care, IV Management, Diabetic Care & Post Operative Care in the community.Expectations:Candidates are expected to demonstrate our values of compassion, accountability, respect, and excellence; to our patients, families, and each other.
