Bargaining Unit: ONA-LTC

Status: Part Time

Department: Bethammi Nursing Home

Site: St. Joseph's Heritage

Shifts: Days/Nights

Rate of Pay: $32.55-$50.25 per hour

Qualifications:

Certificate of Registration with the Ontario College of Nurses*

BScN preferred*

Certificate in CPR*

Long Term Care experience*

Gerontology nursing experience*

Leadership experience preferred*

Excellent physical assessment skills*

Recent experience in the administration of medications*

Ability to work independently and as part of a team*

Excellent communication*

Evidence of continuing professional development experience*

Demonstrated regular attendance at work*

CONDITION OF EMPLOYMENT

This position shall be conditional upon a satisfactory Police Vulnerable Sector Check (PVSC) where indicated, to ensure the absence of relevant criminal convictions.*
