Interested in becoming an RN in Carlsbad, New Mexico?We are hiring for multiple positions including Kidney Dialysis in their newly built ward.
A nice smaller hospital-90 beds with a great team and work environment looking to invest in new nurses.Specialties needed: Medical Surgical, L/D, ER, ICU, Rehab, Cath Lab, and Dialysis.- We are offering a $20,000 USD sign on (every 3 months you will receive an additional check for $2,500).
- $5,000 for relocation reimbursement.
- Hourly rates of $28 to $36 USD per hour. (very low cost of living and tax friendly area)
- Also no cap on pay rates and every summer we do performance/payroll reviews.- Then upon renewal, we will offer sponsorship for EB-3 green card.We have 40 other Canadian and Filipino nurses going here too.Only requirements are to have Canadian citizenship and your NCLEX.We are offering 2 year work authorizations on a TN with options to renew into an EB-3 green card.New grads welcome!Full benefits included (paid time off, healthcare, annual performance salary review, education programs with tuition reimbursement, bereavement leave and liability).Position Summary:The RN provides general nursing care to a diverse population of patients affected by cardiopulmonary, neurological, and surgical conditions.As a Registered Nurse, you will play a key role in our organization and directly impact quality of life for patients.Position Requirements:

• Must have current Registered Nurse Licensure
• Successfully passed the National Council Licensure Exam-RN (NCLEX-RN)
• Must obtain ACLS & American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) within 6 months of hire
