We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) to join our team. Duties

Conduct thorough client assessments to understand their needs and health history Develop customized massage therapy treatments tailored to individual client requirements Perform various massage techniques including Swedish, deep tissue, sports, or other modalities as appropriate Maintain accurate and detailed client records and treatment notes Educate clients on post-treatment care and wellness practices Ensure a clean, safe, and relaxing environment for clients at all times Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper sanitation procedures Promote ongoing wellness programs and services offered

Skills

Strong knowledge of medical terminology related to massage therapy and anatomy Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients Effective communication skills to explain treatment plans clearly and answer client questions Ability to work independently while also collaborating with team members Compassionate approach with a focus on client comfort and confidentiality Professionalism and adherence to licensing requirements for massage therapy practice

Pay: $75.00-$100.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 6 per week
