Beauty Bar Muskoka is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Massage Therapist to join our luxury medical aesthetics and wellness team. The ideal candidate is passionate about client care, professionalism, and creating an exceptional spa experience. You'll work alongside a collaborative team in a serene, upscale environment with a loyal and growing client base.

Responsibilities

Perform various types of massage techniques tailored to individual client needs Conduct thorough assessments of clients' physical conditions and discuss their specific needs and preferences. Maintain accurate client records, including treatment plans and progress notes. Ensure a clean and welcoming treatment environment by adhering to hygiene and safety protocols. Provide excellent customer service by being attentive to client comfort and addressing any concerns or questions. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in massage therapy techniques.

Qualifications

Must be a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO) Must carry professional liability insurance Excellent knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and therapeutic techniques Strong clinical assessment skills and ability to tailor treatments to individual client needs Professional, warm, and client-focused demeanor aligned with a luxury wellness experience Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Commitment to maintaining a clean, organized, and tranquil treatment environment Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team A passion for holistic wellness, aesthetics, and client care Previous experience in a spa, clinic, or wellness setting is an asset
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $35.00-$45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 - 40 per week
