We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) to join our wellness team. The ideal candidate will provide professional massage therapy services to clients, promoting relaxation, pain relief, and overall well-being. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of medical terminology, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service in a welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

Conduct professional massage therapy sessions tailored to individual client needs Assess client conditions and develop personalized treatment plans Maintain accurate and detailed client records following privacy regulations Educate clients on post-treatment care and wellness practices Ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable treatment environment Collaborate with team members to enhance client experience and clinic operations Stay updated on the latest massage therapy techniques and industry standards
Requirements

Valid certification and registration as a Massage Therapist (RMT) in accordance with local licensing authorities Knowledge of medical terminology related to health and wellness Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients Excellent communication skills for effectively explaining treatments and addressing client concerns Prior experience in a clinical or spa setting is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided if necessary Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to professional ethics Flexibility to work various shifts as needed, including evenings or weekends if required

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $38,825.00-$134,949.16 per year

Expected hours: No more than 20 per week

Work Location: In person
