Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of medical terminology and demonstrate exceptional customer service and communication skills. As an RMT, you will provide therapeutic massage treatments to clients, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction while promoting overall wellness.

Responsibilities

Conduct thorough assessments of clients' needs and medical histories to develop personalized treatment plans. Administer various massage techniques, including Swedish, deep tissue, and sports massage. Maintain accurate records of client treatments and progress. Educate clients on the benefits of massage therapy and provide recommendations for follow-up care. Uphold a clean and safe working environment by adhering to health and safety regulations. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Qualifications

Valid certification as a Registered Massage Therapist. Proficient knowledge of medical terminology related to anatomy and physiology. Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed. Previous experience in a clinical or spa setting is preferred but not required.
