Owned and operated by Sylvia Bianchi, RMT, and Christopher Flint, RMT, Yonge & Wellness Massage Therapy and Health Studio is looking for an RMT to join our team.

We are looking for candidates to cover the demand of clientele with an excellent opportunity to develop a practice. The ideal candidate must employ exemplary responsibility for time management and commitment to tasks and support strong customer service within a team setting.

Main responsibilities of this role are

primary to customer care such as providing safe and effective treatments and providing necessary healthcare advice and referrals to other HCP. The candidate must demonstrate effective communication skills, both verbal and written, and have proficient listening skills and assessment. The ideal candidate must be in good standing with the CMTO. New RMT graduates are welcome! We look forward to helping you begin or expand your career.

Days and Times currently available:

Monday 9 am - 2pm or 2:30pm - 8 pm, Tuesday 9:30 am - 2:30 pm or 3 pm - 8 pm, Wednesday 9:30 am - 2:30 pm or 3 p m- 8 pm, Thursday 9:30 am - 2:30 pm or 3:45 pm - 8 pm, Friday 9/9:30 am - 5 pm, Saturday 9 am - 3 pm, Sunday 10 am - 3 pm. Other hours available to cover other RMTs vacations, and days off. More shifts opening due to RMT turnover in summer or fall.

This position is on a commission basis:

with the RMT earning 60% of the billed fee the rate would be $72.00 based on the 1 hour RMT treatment

With the 40% rental fee

, Yonge & Wellness provides a room with an electric table (up/down), clean linens and towels, (we do not include massage lotion/oil), hydrotherapy equipment, reception 7 days per week, online booking (JaneApp) with electronic SOAP notes, credit card processing, insurance billing, social media, staff discount, electronic newsletter, and Google ad-words. With our amazing team, we like to get out and enjoy the occasional dinner, baseball game, soccer game, or get together on the indoor beach volleyball courts. Our last outing was a comedy club and dinner.

Y&W has been in business for over 16 years and offers a great professional and friendly atmosphere with team collaboration. Our family of practitioners currently consists of 8 RMTs, 2 Chiropractors, and 1 TCM practitioner.
