Position overview:

We are currently seeking a compassionate and skilled RMT to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional therapeutic massage services to enhance the physical and mental well-being of our clients. You will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to create a holistic approach to client care.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct client assessments to determine individual treatment needs and goals.
• Provide therapeutic massage treatments using various techniques, including Swedish, deep tissue, sports massage, and trigger point therapy.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, documenting treatments and progress.
• Educate clients on self-care, stretching, and wellness practices.
• Ensure a clean and safe treatment environment, adhering to hygiene and sanitation standards.
• Stay current with industry trends and participate in ongoing professional development.

Qualifications :

• Valid RMT certification from an accredited institution.
• Membership in a recognized regulatory body.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to create a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere for clients.
• Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and massage techniques.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
