Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) to join our wellness team. The ideal candidate will provide professional massage therapy services to clients, promoting relaxation, pain relief, and overall well-being. This role involves working in a client-focused environment where excellent customer service and clear communication are essential. The RMT will collaborate with clients to develop personalized treatment plans and ensure a positive experience during each session.

Responsibilities

Perform professional massage therapy sessions tailored to individual client needs Assess client conditions and discuss treatment goals before each session Maintain detailed and accurate client records in compliance with privacy regulations Educate clients on post-treatment care and wellness practices Uphold hygiene standards and ensure a safe, clean treatment environment Schedule appointments and manage client flow efficiently Collaborate with team members to enhance service quality and client satisfaction

Skills

Proficiency in medical terminology relevant to massage therapy and client health conditions Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients Excellent communication skills for explaining treatments, addressing concerns, and providing guidance Ability to work independently while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail Knowledge of various massage techniques and modalities preferred Compassionate attitude with a commitment to promoting client well-being
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $65,000.00-$75,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 20 - 25 per week
