Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of medical terminology and demonstrate exceptional customer service skills. This role requires effective communication with clients to provide tailored massage therapy treatments that promote relaxation, pain relief, and overall well-being.

Responsibilities

Conduct thorough assessments of clients' needs and health history to create personalized treatment plans. Administer various massage techniques, including Swedish, deep tissue, and therapeutic massages, based on client preferences and requirements. Maintain accurate records of client treatments and progress to ensure continuity of care. Educate clients on the benefits of massage therapy and provide recommendations for follow-up sessions or self-care practices. Uphold a clean and safe working environment by adhering to hygiene standards and protocols. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals when necessary to enhance client care.

Skills

Proficient in medical terminology to effectively communicate with clients and healthcare providers. Strong customer service skills to foster positive relationships with clients and ensure their comfort during sessions. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey treatment plans clearly and effectively. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills to manage client appointments and maintain accurate records efficiently. Pay: $85.00-$87.00 per hour
