Provide high-quality massage therapy treatments tailored to each client's individual needs, including relaxation, therapeutic, and rehabilitative techniques Conduct thorough client assessments to develop customized treatment plans that align with their health goals Maintain detailed and accurate treatment records following each session to track progress and ensure continuity of care Educate clients on self-care practices, stretching routines, and lifestyle adjustments to maximize therapy benefits Uphold the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and professionalism in all interactions and treatment areas Collaborate with other health professionals when necessary to support comprehensive client wellness plans Stay current with industry best practices, new techniques, and continuing education requirements to enhance your skills

Qualifications

Valid registration as a Massage Therapist with the CMTO Proven experience delivering diverse massage therapy techniques in a professional setting Strong understanding of human anatomy, physiology, and contraindications for massage therapy Excellent communication skills to effectively educate and connect with clients Ability to work independently while maintaining a team-oriented attitude Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development and ethical standards Nice-to-have skills include familiarity with advanced modalities such as sports massage or myofascial release

Pay: $50.00-$65.00 per hour
