Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) to join our Exhale spa wellness team. The ideal candidate will provide professional massage therapy services to clients, promoting relaxation, pain relief, and overall well-being. Applicants should possess strong communication skills, a solid understanding of medical terminology, and excellent customer service abilities.

Duties

Conduct professional massage therapy sessions tailored to individual client needs Assess clients' health history and discuss treatment goals before each session Maintain detailed and accurate client records in compliance with privacy standards Educate clients on post-treatment care and wellness practices Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all clients Stay updated on the latest massage techniques and industry best practices Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as needed to support client health plans

Skills

Proficiency in medical terminology relevant to massage therapy and client health documentation Strong customer service skills to create a positive experience for clients Excellent communication skills for effectively discussing treatment plans and addressing client concerns Ability to work independently while maintaining professionalism and empathy Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and various massage techniques is preferred Certification or licensure as an RMT is required to perform licensed massage therapy services

Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 38 per week
