We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive RMA Coordinator to support the return process for customer products, demo units, and internal equipment. In this role, you'll ensure all incoming returns are received, inspected, documented, and processed efficiently through the RMA workflow. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to maintain inventory accuracy and help ensure a smooth and positive customer experience.

This is a hands-on, physically active role that involves regular material handling and requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. with team assistance. Full training will be provided on all systems, procedures, and safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities

Receive, inspect, and document returned products and demo units Enter RMA and inventory transactions in ERP/MRP systems Move and unpack materials safely (team lift for 50 lbs+) Support cycle counts, inventory tasks, and basic reporting Communicate inspection issues and provide documentation to internal departments Assist with customs documentation and general warehouse duties Adhere to all Ross policies pertaining to compliance and safety

Qualifications

1+ year experience in warehouse/logistics/shipping/receiving (internships accepted) Basic ERP/MRP or strong willingness to learn Comfortable with Windows, Excel, and Outlook Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. with assistance
