We are looking for reliable, customer-focused Budtenders to join our cannabis retail team at our

Colwood

and

Tillicum Mall

locations. This is a seasonal part time position with the potential to be permanent.

The ideal candidate has the flexibility to work either part-time or full-time hours based on scheduling needs.

Evening and weekend availability is essential for this role to meet our staffing needs. Flexibility with shifts throughout the week, including daytime (8:45 AM to 4:45 PM) and evening shifts (3:30 PM to 11:00 PM), is highly valued.

Applicants should have:

Selling It Right certification (required) At least one year of retail or sales experience Excellent customer service and communication skills Cash handling experience Inventory experience (asset) Ability to lift, bend, and climb ladders Basic knowledge of cannabis products (asset) Comfortable working in small teams and in close proximity with others Ability to enforce BC Cannabis regulations, including strict ID verification Must be bondable Expected to use Slack for team communication and updates Expected to use the Push app for scheduling and accessing paystubs Driving is an asset
We are a family-owned business seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team! Our cannabis stores operate from 9 AM to 11 PM, and we're currently looking to fill evening and weekend shifts. Cannabis knowledge is a plus but not required. We offer a fast-paced, fun environment with plenty of room for growth and advancement within the company.

Employees with cannabis experience or significant retail experience will start at
