We are seeking a knowledgeable and friendly Budtender/Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of our store, assisting customers in finding the right products to meet their needs and providing them with an exceptional shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and knowledgeable manner.
- Provide product recommendations based on customer preferences and needs.
- Educate customers about various cannabis products, including strains, edibles, and concentrates.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor and display areas.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Stay informed about industry trends, new products, and regulations.
- Assist with inventory management and restocking as needed.
- Promote a positive and welcoming atmosphere for all customers.

Qualifications:
- Passion for cannabis and a desire to educate others.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is a plus.
- Must be at least 19 years old and comply with local cannabis laws and regulations.
