• Post-secondary degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field. Proof of the degree is requested with the response.
• 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience building large ad-hoc and scheduled data extractions using Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) and Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS). The response should include at least 2 detailed examples on the methods and techniques used to create the extractions on data from variety of structured and/ or non-structured data, that would have been used for reporting, executive reporting, summary reports, BI development, dashboards and/ or the transformations performed including the duration of project or work that total at least 5 years
• 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience designing and implementing the physical database structure and constructs and implementing operational data stores and data marts based on the design of the logical data model and metadata documentation. The response should include at least 2 detailed examples including duration of the project or work that total at least 5 years.
• 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in identifying, designing and implementing internal process improvements, including automation of manual processes, demonstrating understanding of business workflows, optimizing data delivery, and re-designs for greater scalability. Examples should include experience performing analyses on internal and external data and identifying opportunities for data quality improvement, and experience building and optimizing data pipelines and data sets. The response should include at least 2 detailed examples including duration of the project or work that total at least 5 years.

• 3 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience using programming and scripting languages (e.g. C#, Python, Java, T-SQL) in support of data extraction and analysis. The response should include at least 2 detailed examples including duration of the project or work that total at least 3 years.

• 3 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in managing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Examples should include methods used to manage priorities and respond to changing priorities and meet deadlines and managing conflicting requirements. The response should include 2 examples including duration of the project or work that total at least 3 years.

• 3 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in eliciting and documenting business requirements and understanding of business workflows. The response should include at least 2 detailed examples including duration of the project or work that total at least 3 years.
