About the Role





We're looking for a detail-oriented and strategic RFP Writer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting clear, persuasive, and technically accurate responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), ensuring each submission effectively communicates our value proposition and aligns with client needs.




Your key responsibilities will include:




Write, edit, and submit accurate, persuasive, and well-structured RFP content/ responses, including technical specifications and scope of work summaries, ensuring all content aligns with company messaging and client requirements. Track bid progress and participate in pre-bid meetings Support the development of standardized templates and document libraries Coordinate with SMEs and stakeholders under tight deadlines Create and maintain comprehensive guides, FAQs, and release documentation using Zendesk, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and ease of understanding. Revise and update existing documentation to reflect product enhancements, maintaining consistency in tone, formatting, and technical accuracy. Draft admin alerts and customer notifications to inform institutions about new features, improvements, and upcoming releases. Partner with UX designers to refine interface text, assist with mockups, and ensure all user-facing language is intuitive and accessible. Apply UX writing principles to improve the user experience and ensure all written content aligns with design and usability best practices. Work closely with product teams to translate complex technical information into clear and concise documentation. Collaborate with Client Success and Support teams to ensure client-facing materials (particularly around feature requests or bug fixes) are transparent, accurate, and professional.



About You




Experience owning complex RFPs in B2B SaaS or enterprise software A degree in English, Communications, Technical Writing, or a related field is required. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) Ability to navigate and understand vendor portals for submitting RFPs Detail-driven, process-oriented, and confident working with public sector and higher-ed procurements Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and formatting skills with meticulous attention to accuracy. Exceptional command of the English language, with proven ability to craft polished, professional, and persuasive content. Demonstrated ability to grasp complex technical concepts and communicate them clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. Ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects under tight deadlines, maintaining high standards of quality and consistency. Comfortable working cross-functionally with engineering, product, UX, and client success teams. Working knowledge of Zendesk is preferred; familiarity with Confluence and WordPress is an asset.

Schedule





This is an office-based role with standard hours from Monday to Friday.
