Engineer

Skills Required: Telecom - Network Management

: Analyse network performance metrics and identify areas for improvement. De-velop and implement RF optimization plans to meet KPIs. Conduct drive tests and post-process da-ta using tools like TEMS, Nemo, or Actix. Perform RF propagation analysis and capacity planning. Troubleshoot RF-related issues and recommend solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support network deployment and upgrades. Monitor and manage RF interference and spectrum usage. Provide technical support during network rollout and optimization phases. Document opti-mization activities and prepare performance reports for stakeholders.

Must Have - Bachelors de-gree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in RF optimization for GSMUMTSLTE5G networks. Proficiency in RF planning and optimization tools (e.g., Atoll, Planet, Actix, TEMS).Strong understanding of RF theory, cellular network architecture, and KPIs. Experience with drive testing, network analysis, and troubleshooting. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and in a team environ-ment. Willingness to travel and work in the field as needed. Good to Have - Certifications in LTE5G RF Optimization or related areas. Experience with network simulation and modelling tools. Famili-arity with scripting languages for automation (e.g., Python, MATLAB).
