Job Summary





This position is responsible for training, supervising, and coordinating the daily activities of a team of employees to ensure operational efficiency and compliance with company standards. The individual in this role promotes a safe working environment, ensures that tasks are completed accurately and on time, and supports continuous improvement initiatives within the department.

Workdays:

Monday to Friday (must be able to work ALL 5 days of the week)

Shift Hours:

Twilight shift

(must be able to work a minimum of 25 hrs. per week).

Shift Duration:

5 hours a day (requires flexibility with Start and Finish time).

19.89$

Responsibilities:



Supervises, trains, and motivates employees to achieve performance and quality standards. Monitors daily operations to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with company policies and safety regulations. Conducts audits of work procedures and methods, identifying areas for improvement and preparing detailed performance and compliance reports. Coordinates work schedules, assigns tasks, and monitors employee productivity. Provides coaching and feedback to team members, fostering professional growth and a positive work environment. Collaborates with management and other departments to implement process improvements and optimize workflow. Ensures that all company safety and operational procedures are followed at all times.

Qualifications:



Meets local age and operational requirements to operate a vehicle. Strong proficiency in

Microsoft Access, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

. Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively lead and develop a team. Prior supervisory or leadership experience in an operational, logistics, or administrative environment is a plus.
