Revenue & Marketing Manager

to lead our commercial strategy.

This role is ideal for a performance-oriented hospitality professional with proven expertise in

digital marketing, OTA optimization, revenue strategy, and corporate sales

. We're looking for someone with the skills and mindset to disrupt the traditional hospitality playbook, increase direct and third-party bookings, boost brand visibility, and drive measurable top-line growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Revenue Management & OTA Strategy



Own all aspects of revenue and digital strategy across hotel properties. Optimize performance and visibility across OTAs (Booking.com, Expedia, etc.) to maximize RevPAR, ADR, and occupancy. Review STR, TravelClick, and competitive benchmarking reports to identify opportunities and adjust strategy in real time.

Marketing Leadership



Develop and execute multi-channel digital marketing strategies (SEO/SEM, paid media, content, social, influencer) to drive awareness, engagement, and bookings. Align all marketing efforts with brand positioning and commercial goals for each hotel and restaurant. Manage the creative direction, media planning, and campaign execution across platforms.

Sales & Business Development



Collaborate with hotel GMs and the Corporate Sales Manager to drive group bookings, events, and B2B partnerships. Identify and pursue new revenue streams and high-value corporate accounts. Represent K2 Group properties at industry events and trade shows.

Brand, Reputation & PR Management



Lead all social media, public relations, and brand messaging efforts. Monitor and manage online reputation across all review platforms and ensure timely, professional engagement with guests. Ensure consistency across all guest-facing touchpoints and digital assets.

What We're Looking For:



5+ years

of progressive experience in hotel revenue management, digital marketing, or commercial strategy, preferably within multi-property operations Strong grasp of revenue optimization tools and systems (RMS, channel managers, STR, OTA extranets) Proven track record in executing successful campaigns that drive measurable ROI Experience in B2B sales, corporate account development, and event lead generation Strong analytical skills, budgeting and forecasting experience, and the ability to interpret and act on financial data Excellent communication skills with an eye for branding, storytelling, and guest experience Highly organized, self-motivated, and thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Hospitality Management, Business, or related field preferred
