Positionnement du role et objectifs
Le role est responsable de la direction des previsions financieres du chiffre d'affaires pour l'ensemble des categories au sein de l'entreprise canadienne, en gerant le processus complet de prevision du NTO -- en assurant l'alignement des hypotheses relatives aux prix, marges commerciales, droits d'accise et volumes. Le titulaire du poste doit livrer des previsions precises et ponctuelles ainsi que des analyses de scenarios, en identifiant de maniere proactive les risques, opportunites et sensibilites afin de soutenir des decisions d'affaires eclairees. Ce role est egalement appele a remettre en question les processus et hypotheses existants, en favorisant l'amelioration continue de la precision des previsions et de l'efficacite operationnelle.
Vos principales responsabilites incluront:Diriger la preparation et la presentation des previsions financieres pour divers segments de produits dans le cadre du processus mensuel S&OP financier (Sales & Operations Planning).
Elaborer des analyses financieres precises et ponctuelles ainsi que des scenarios adaptes a differentes conditions de marche.
Suivre les volumes, le TCI et les facteurs lies aux taxes d'accise, en signalant les sensibilites et en les integrant de maniere proactive aux previsions.
Maintenir et reviser en continu les hypotheses d'affaires principales, en evaluant leur impact financier et en les refletant dans les scenarios mis a jour.
Identifier et suivre les tendances, risques et opportunites, en fournissant des analyses et des recommandations pour orienter la prise de decision financiere.
Mettre en oeuvre des strategies de gestion financiere assurant la pleine conformite a la norme IFRS 15 sur la comptabilisation des revenus, tout en optimisant les resultats et en soutenant l'atteinte des objectifs cles de l'entreprise. Cela inclut la supervision de l'evaluation des contrats, le suivi des obligations de performance et la prevision precise des revenus afin de garantir la transparence et l'integrite financiere.
Remettre en question de maniere constructive les parties prenantes pour valider l'exactitude des hypotheses et des leviers financiers.
Veiller a la precision et a la ponctualite du reporting des previsions financieres, en respectant les lignes directrices globales.
Suivre les performances reelles par rapport aux previsions, en collaborant de maniere interfonctionnelle pour analyser les ecarts et recommander des mesures correctives.
Etablir et entretenir de solides relations de travail avec les equipes des finances, des ventes et des operations afin de favoriser une prevision financiere fluide et integree dans le cadre du processus S&OP.
Identifier, proposer et soutenir des initiatives d'amelioration continue visant a accroitre l'efficacite et la precision des processus de planification de la demande et de prevision financiere.

Solides competences analytiques et en resolution de problemes, avec un grand souci du detail.
Experience souhaitee avec BPC, Vistex, Power BI, MicroStrategy.
Excellentes competences en organisation, avec la capacite de gerer efficacement plusieurs priorites.
Fortes competences interpersonnelles et approche collaborative axee sur le travail d'equipe.

ROLE SUMMARY
Role positioning and objectives
The role is responsible forleading top line financial forecasting across all categories within Canadian business, managing the end-to-end NTO forecasting process -- ensuring alignment on pricing, trade margin, excise, and volume assumptions. Successful deliver accurate, timely forecasts and scenario analyses, proactively identifying risks, opportunities, and sensitivities to support informed business decisions. This role is also expected to challenge existing processes and assumptions, driving continuous improvements in forecast accuracy and operational efficiency.
Your Key Responsibilities Will IncludeLead the preparation and delivery of financial forecasts for various product segments through the Financial S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) monthly process.
Develop accurate, timely financial performance analyses and scenario planning for different market conditions.
Track volume, TCI, and excise tax drivers, flagging sensitivities and proactively incorporating them into forecasts.
Maintain and continuously review core business assumptions, assessing their financial impact and reflecting them in updated scenarios.
Identify and monitor trends, risks, and opportunities, providing insights and recommendations to guide financial decision-making.
Leverage financial management strategies to ensure full compliance with IFRS 15 revenue recognition standards, while optimizing revenue outcomes and supporting the achievement of key business objectives. This includes overseeing contract assessments, performance obligation tracking, and accurate revenue forecasting to drive transparency and financial integrity
Constructively challenge stakeholders to validate the accuracy of assumptions and financial drivers.
Ensure the accurate and timely reporting of financial forecasts, adhering to Global Guidelines.
Track actual performance against forecasts, collaborating cross-functionally to analyze variances and recommend corrective actions.
Build and nurture strong working relationships across finance, sales, and operational teams to support seamless financial forecasting within the S&OP process.
Identify, propose, and support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of demand planning and financial forecasting processes.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Technical / Functional / Leadership Skills Required Strong skills in financial modelling and scenario analysis.
Ability to manage and collaborate with Teams in RGM, SPI, Key Accounts, Corporate Finance, DBS Mexico.
Capable of influencing and persuading others to take a specific course of action.
Proactive mindset with a willingness to challenge the status quo and suggest new ideas.
Effective communication skills: including negotiation, influencing and senior stakeholders' management.
Experience RequiredMinimum 4 years of relevant professional experience in financial forecasting, business analysis, or a related area.
Fluency in English (mandatory); proficiency in French is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
Experience with BPC, Vistex, Power BI, Micro Strategy is highly desirable.
Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
