Hours: Full TimeDuties and Responsibilities\xc2\xb7 Scanning and filing documents
\xc2\xb7 Reconciling Accounts Receivable documents
\xc2\xb7 Performing other administrative tasks for the Accounts Receivable departmentRequirements and skills\xc2\xb7 Previous work experience in an administrative role
\xc2\xb7 Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (with emphasis on high level skills in Excel)
\xc2\xb7 Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. scanners and printers)
\xc2\xb7 Works independently
\xc2\xb7 Excellent organizational skills
