About the job TS Imagine, the world's leading provider of real-time trading, portfolio, and risk management solutions for the financial services industry, is looking for Revenue Accountant, to join our growing team. The Revenue Accountant will be responsible for invoicing and revenue recognition. The role will report to the Global Controller and work directly with the project managers and account directors to manage customer billing and collections.

- Review and analyze customer agreements to understand invoicing terms and revenue recognition treatment
- Prepare invoices in accordance with contract terms and customer requirements
- Review aged receivables and lead collection efforts
- Process cash collections
- Research and answer customer or account director questions as it relates invoicing and collections
- Recognize revenue in accordance with ASC 606 ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Maintain and reconcile deferred and accrued revenue accounts
- Perform month-end processes
- Assist with interim review and annual audit
- Calculate sales & use tax using Avatax software and assist with filings and returns
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field of study
- Minimum of 2 years related experience with software subscription billing
- Advanced knowledge and understanding of annual subscription contracts, billing transactions and processes
- Experience with NetSuite or other revenue recognition software tools
- Experience with Salesforce
- Currently hybrid home-office (at least 3 days in the office)
- 5 weeks vacation and 3 personal days
