We\xe2\x80\x99re looking for a Revenue Accountant to assist with process rental billing for multiple commercial property tenants! This role handles a variety of revenue accounting functions, including lease analysis, revenue analysis, tenant accounts receivable reviews, and also processes year end billings.RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain floor, unit and lease and detailed square footage inventory on automated property management systems (Yardi-Voyager)
• Detailed review of new lease and lease renewal information and entry of information into property management systems
• Review property rent roll to process monthly rental billings to tenants
• Process tenant miscellaneous billings and rental adjustments as required
• Maintain retail tenants\xe2\x80\x99 percentage rent information on a monthly basis
• Other duties as assigned including preparation of variance reports

QUALIFICATIONS

• 2+ years of experience ideally in real estate property accounting
• Post-secondary college degree in accounting program.
• Current enrolment in a professional accounting program (CPA) is nice to have
• This position requires property accounting/administration experience
• Computer proficiency in Microsoft office and property management accounting systems
• The incumbent must be self-motivated and work well in a team environment
