A bit about the job

Your role at Great Glasses is essential to the success of the company and offers excellent growth opportunities. As an optical sales associate you will help customers choose eyewear that matches their vision needs, lifestyle, and personal style. You will guide them through lens options, frame choices, and adjustments to make sure every pair looks and feels right.

This role combines sales, customer service, and technical skill. You will connect with people, build trust, and deliver a great experience from start to finish. You will also learn the craft of making glasses, including measurements, fittings, and adjustments, to ensure the highest standard of quality.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

Build relationships with customers & develop creative eyewear solutions

Use your eye for fashion & style to recommend frame options

Take & record measurements, adjust / fit eyewear and ensure finished eyewear meet strict manufacturing standards

Troubleshoot root cause issues with problematic eyewear to develop a fix to meet customer needs

Participate in select community events outside of regular store hours to engage with the local community
