Role Overview:

We are looking for a

Team Lead

to help grow and guide our sales team. This role is perfect for someone who is fashion-forward, personable, and ready to lead by example.

Responsibilities:

Lead, motivate, and support a sales team Deliver excellent customer service experiences Assist with merchandising, displays, and store standards Drive sales and help achieve store goals Provide training and support for team members

Qualifications:

Previous retail experience (leadership experience an asset) Strong communication and problem-solving skills Style-savvy and passionate about fashion Outgoing, personable, and reliable

Starting range:

$19.50 - $21.50/hour
