We are seeking a motivated and experienced Team Lead to guide and support our manufacturing team. This role is key in ensuring efficient operations, quality output, and a strong team culture. This is a full-time, on-site permanent position, Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 3:00pm. Weekend and overtime shifts subject to availability.

Responsibilities:

Lead, train, and coach production team members to meet targets and maintain quality standards Provide clear direction, monitor performance, and support team development Coordinate and prioritize production tasks to ensure timely completion Identify and resolve issues related to materials, quality, personnel, or workflow Promote a positive, collaborative team environment and lead by example Ensure adherence to Good Production Practices (GPP) and company SOPs Support and maintain a strong safety culture; report and address safety concerns Complete daily production records and ensure accuracy of product specifications (e.g., fill weights, labels, lot codes) Assist in continuous improvement initiatives and SOP development Operate and oversee filling, capping, labeling, and assembly equipment

Qualifications

:

Must be eligible to work in Canada Must be at least 18 years old Punctual and able to reliably commute to facility Cannabis retail packaging experience considered an asset Must pass criminal background check Self starter and can manage own time wisely Ability to work in a fast-paced, team oriented environment

Requirements:

Required to wear Personal Protective Equipment including scrubs, hair net, beard net, mask. Physically able to stand or sit for long periods of time Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining high quality standards. Adhere to company Standard Operating Procedures, Forms, and work instructions. Maintain a safe work area and adhere to all company Health and Safety policies. Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
