We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Retail Support Manager to oversee our store operations and drive sales performance. As a Retail Support Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring an exceptional cafe experience for our customers while managing day-to-day operations, including inventory management, staffing, and sales strategies.

Responsibilities

Lead and motivate the retail team to achieve sales goals and provide outstanding customer service. Manage inventory levels by overseeing purchasing and stock management to ensure product availability. Conduct interviews and recruit new team members to build a strong workforce. Train staff on customer service best practices, cashiering procedures, and product knowledge. Analyze sales data and market trends to develop effective pricing strategies and promotional campaigns. Maintain store presentation standards, ensuring that merchandise is displayed attractively. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to enhance customer satisfaction. Collaborate with upper management on store policies, budgets, and operational improvements.

Experience

Proven experience in retail/cafe management or a similar role is preferred. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building relationships with customers. Familiarity with cash handling procedures and basic math skills for accurate transactions. Experience in recruiting and interviewing candidates is advantageous. A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making capabilities.
