Job Description

The ideal candidate will have retail manager and sales experience, dance experience (ballet/jazz/tap), and be able to fit point shoes. Building a good relationship with existing staff is essential, as well as providing excellent customer service. The job requires someone who is organized and detail oriented.

t is expected that the store manager will have a flexible schedule, working weekdays and some weekends.
The responsibilities of the store manager are:

Opening and closing Hiring, supervising and scheduling staff Web site management and online orders Inventory control and purchasing Maintaining relations with suppliers and Dance schools Some Promotion and marketing
