The ideal candidate is a people person with a natural ability to build relationships and effectively manage a team. You must be an enthusiastic leader with exceptional organizational skills, leading by example and motivating your team to exceed their goals.



The Role:



Manage and motivate a team to increased sales and operational efficiency Ensure exceptional customer service standards are consistently met Oversee recruitment, hiring, and scheduling processes Provided ongoing coaching, support, and feedback to enhance team performance. Manage and maintain inventory to optimize stock levels. Implement and uphold company policies and procedures. Participate in planning and executing promotional activities and sales campaigns. Address and resolve customer complaints and concerns promptly. Oversee all aspects of store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.

The Skills:



3-5 years of experience in retail management A degree in business is considered an asset A proven track record in customer outreach and retention. Knowledge of sales and marketing strategies Proven ability to achieve sales targets and enhance profitability through effective operational management Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Excellent problem-solving, time management, and decision-making skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills
