Duties
Lead, train, and inspire staff to deliver outstanding customer service and uphold company standards.
Oversee daily store operations, including cashier functions, inventory management, scheduling, and administrative tasks.
Conduct interviews, hire qualified candidates, and support ongoing staff development through coaching and performance evaluations.
Develop and execute in-store marketing initiatives to drive sales and enhance customer engagement.
Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
Use POS systems efficiently for transactions, reporting, and inventory tracking.
Maintain clear communication with team members and upper management regarding goals, performance, and operational concerns.
Requirements
Proven experience in retail management or a related supervisory role.
Strong understanding of cashiering procedures and POS systems.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to manage schedules and administrative tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
Experience in staff training and development is preferred.
Knowledge of sales-driving marketing and promotional strategies is an asset.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
