We are seeking a skilled and motivated

Store Manager

to lead our team and oversee the daily operations of our retail location. The ideal candidate will bring strong retail management experience, a commitment to exceptional customer service, and the leadership ability to foster a positive, high-performing team environment.

Duties

Lead, train, and inspire staff to deliver outstanding customer service and uphold company standards. Oversee daily store operations, including cashier functions, inventory management, scheduling, and administrative tasks. Conduct interviews, hire qualified candidates, and support ongoing staff development through coaching and performance evaluations. Develop and execute in-store marketing initiatives to drive sales and enhance customer engagement. Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times. Use POS systems efficiently for transactions, reporting, and inventory tracking. Maintain clear communication with team members and upper management regarding goals, performance, and operational concerns.

Requirements

Proven experience in retail management or a related supervisory role. Strong understanding of cashiering procedures and POS systems. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to manage schedules and administrative tasks with accuracy and efficiency. Experience in staff training and development is preferred. Knowledge of sales-driving marketing and promotional strategies is an asset. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Professional phone etiquette and a customer-first mindset. A proactive approach to problem-solving and sound decision-making.

Pay: $40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
