RETAIL STORE MANAGER

What's the opportunity?

To work as a Retail Store Manager within our "A" team - full time, year round.

Your number one priority is to look after our guests through the day-to-day operations of the store. This is your opportunity to be a customer service leader and assist in training and developing your Team Members (and have fun doing it!).

Scheduling Labour management Store level accounting/numerics Ordering stock and receiving inventory Bonus opportunities based on store performanc

Skills we're looking for:

The ability to "WOW" our guests with world-class service. Don't worry, we give you the tools to always go above and beyond (like free samples)! The ability to handle responsibilities with confidence and integrity. Because you will be responsible for your Team Members and store performance, it's super important we can count on you. Pride in your shop. You will responsible for merchandising the store (the ANNE way) and keeping it tidy & clean. We love someone who helps create a beautiful and inviting environment to work in. A creative flare. Our ears are always open to new ideas for products, packaging, merchandising and more. This is not the place to hide your talents! Love to smile, laugh and make our fellow Team Members feel welcome. We spend so much time with each other that we endeavour to hire folks who bring an awesome energy and vibe to our team!

Bonus Skills:

Leadership experience. Since you will be overseeing a team of associates, any experience leading a team helps. Retail sales experience. If you can hit the ground running that's a huge plus. You'll report to our Retail Management team.

The Nitty Gritty:

Pay starts at $20.00 but can be higher based on experience Be prepared to stand for the duration of your shift Be able to bend and lift up to 30 lbs Have reliable transportation The full time role will begin September 1st but training/shadowing will begin August 18th
