Responsibilities:

The Retail Security Site Supervisor will oversee the quality of service and organized delivery of services at assigned client sites. The Supervisor serves as a Retail Protection Specialist working at client retail locations alongside members of their team. They oversee the quality of service and organized delivery of services at assigned client sites.

The Supervisor ensures that our security team meets their goals and achieves our service standards through on-site training, enforcement of post orders and policy, and team leadership. This is all done while delivering a positive customer experience at client locations.

Always positive, professional, and calm; The Supervisor will ensure they and each team member projects a positive, professional, and calm demeanor, while preventing and de-escalating security incidents and conflict. They will ensure a professional response to security situations according to post orders and policy. Depending on the client location, the Supervisor and our Retail Protection Specialist team members may be supporting in-house loss prevention personnel with tactical recovery of product or apprehensions. AST may be offered to the right candidates in future.

Additional duties include:

Monitor store systems to prevent loss and safeguard customers and employees. Ensure all location-specific post orders and procedures are delivered through friendly engagement, customer service and professional presence. Participate in planning and executing the site work schedules. Assist with recruiting, training, and evaluating employees. Plan, organize, and deliver training and supervisory leadership. Maintain communication for off-duty emergencies. Represent company in a professional manner. Liaison with police and other investigative entities as needed. Conduct professional evictions of intoxicated individuals and excluded persons. Support client Loss Prevention Officers during apprehensions. Attend regular meetings with Asteya / Tac-1 Management.

Aptitude for communications and equipment (two-way radios, mobile devices, and standard computer programs). Ability to use and maintain basic security equipment, report on service required, and verify security device function. Ability to train employees using communications equipment (two-way radios, mobile devices, and computer terminals).

About this role:

This is a Full-Time Supervisory position. Applicants must be available to work a flexible schedule, Monday to Sunday, 40 hours per week as needed.

The salary range for this position is noted in the job posting. The starting rate is typically offered to candidates who are newer to this type of role or are building relevant experience. The midpoint of the range represents the target compensation for individuals who are fully qualified and consistently meet performance expectations. Final placement within the range is determined based on a combination of experience, demonstrated competencies, and alignment with the responsibilities of the role.
