Job Position: Full-Time Security Site Supervisor

Location:

North York, Toronto Ontario

Schedule:

Monday to Friday (Full-Time) with extended hours when needed.

What You'll Bring to the Role:

Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience

in security or a related field

Valid Ontario Security Guard License

(Mandatory)

Valid Ontario Driver's License

(Mandatory)

CPR and First Aid Certification

from a WSIB-approved provider (Mandatory)

Use of Force Certification

(Preferred)

Clear Criminal Background Check

(Mandatory) Strong background in loss prevention, surveillance, and CCTV monitoring (Mandatory) Ability to respond quickly and effectively to emergencies Professional, dependable, and committed to team leadership

Key Responsibilities:

Professional Customer Service:

Deliver courteous and proactive service to clients and the public.

Site Security:

Conduct regular patrols to ensure site security and address potential risks.

Policy Enforcement:

Ensure compliance with security policies, procedures, and safety regulations.

Communication:

Communicate fluently in English, both verbally and in written reports.

Emergency Response:

Respond promptly and efficiently to security incidents and emergencies.

Work Ethics:

Uphold professionalism, integrity, and high standards at all times.
