Job Description

Monod Sport's is seeking a vigilant and customer-focused Security Guard to join our retail store team. The primary responsibility of the Security Guard is to protect store assets, staff and customers by maintaining a safe and secure environment, deterring theft, and responding to incidents in a professional and timely manner.

Responsibilities

Greet customers in a professional manner while maintaining a visible security presence. Monitor store premises, to prevent theft and other security threats. Respond promptly to security incidents, emergencies or disturbances. Enforce store policies and procedures in non-confrontational and respectful way. *Cooperate with local law enforcement when necessary.

Skills & Abilities

Strong observational and surveillance skills. Ability to stay alert and act quickly in emergency or suspicious situations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and follow procedures.

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $19.00/hour.
