We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Retail Sales Supervisor to lead our store team and ensure exceptional customer service. Responsibilities

Supervise and motivate sales associates to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service Oversee merchandising, pricing, and promotional displays to maximize sales opportunities Manage till, cash handling, and scheduling tasks with accuracy and integrity Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve issues promptly using excellent phone etiquette and communication skills Conduct interviews for potential hires and participate in hiring decisions Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and store procedures

Requirements

Proven supervising experience in retail sales or store management roles Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team management and employee development Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills Proficiency with manual till, cashiering, and pricing processes Ability to handle cash handling accurately and maintain high levels of customer service excellence Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment with excellent math skills for pricing decisions

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 42 per week
