Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Retail Sales Supervisor to lead our store team and ensure exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive retail management experience, and a passion for sales. This role involves overseeing daily store operations, managing staff, and driving sales performance to meet business objectives. Bilingual abilities, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in merchandising, POS systems, and administrative tasks are highly valued. The Retail Sales Supervisor plays a critical role in fostering a positive shopping environment while maintaining operational efficiency.

Duties

Supervise and motivate retail staff to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service Manage daily store operations including merchandising, pricing, and inventory control Oversee recruiting, onboarding, training, and development of team members Handle cash management duties such as cashiering, cash handling, and bookkeeping with accuracy Implement marketing strategies to attract customers and increase sales Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching to improve team productivity Manage payroll processing and ensure compliance with company policies Coordinate purchasing activities and maintain stock levels through effective merchandising Utilize POS systems for transactions and sales tracking Develop and execute store strategies to optimize sales management and store management functions Ensure adherence to safety standards, store policies, and customer service excellence Foster a welcoming environment through excellent phone etiquette and organizational skills

Experience

Proven supervisory experience in retail sales or store management roles Strong background in sales management, merchandising, and customer service Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to supervise teams effectively Experience with payroll processing, budgeting, and administrative responsibilities Familiarity with POS systems, pricing strategies, marketing initiatives, and purchasing processes Multilingual or bilingual abilities are preferred to serve diverse customer bases Excellent communication skills with proficiency in interviewing, training & development, time management, organizational skills, math, bookkeeping, and phone etiquette Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.02-$27.16 per hour
