position is responsible for the execution and achievement of a profitable store level retail sales plan (Sell out) within a specific territory. This position will proactively work with the key stakeholders at store level to develop strong retailer relationships, ensure excellence in program execution, and negotiate future store level business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities and Priorities:
Retail Sales
Representing Dolce & Gabbana Fragrances, the Retail Sales Executive will be responsible for retail sales plans (Sell out) within a specific territory through superior execution of marketing programs, well developed consultants, and store level relationships.
Analyze weekly Retailers' POS sales reports. Celebrate top performers. Recognize sales GAPS and initiate action items to turn the sales trend around.
Conduct quarterly business reviews with Store Management to identify opportunities to grow the business.
Field Execution
Proactively pursue the flow of promotional and basic inventory being ordered.
Initiate inventory transfers to promote seasonal sell-thru.
Clearly communicate in-field challenges that may impact sales results and provide solutions (e.g., space and location issues, planogram issues, and inventory challenges).
Monitor and adhere to assigned spend budgets on testers, demos, event activities and return goods.
Understand animations/event goals and recruit new customers to grow our market share and loyal customer base.
Plan continuous profitable in-store events to build the business, within budget.
Own event planning calendar; responsible to deliver Event ROI tracker and results.
Hire and lead a team of Contract Demonstrators to promote in-store animation and strong sell-out results.
Review Demonstrator schedules and track performance to goal; ensure achievement of KPIs.
Periodically conduct, host, and participate in key events in top doors
Marketing & Merchandising
Present Quarterly and Seasonal Marketing strategies and priorities to in-store teams.
Ensure flawless execution of GBB's marketing calendar at the store level and of the seasonal launch calendar.
Negotiate profitable in-store support and visual presentation for key events.
Coaching, Mentoring & Education
Conduct regular Product Knowledge to ensure optimal beauty advisor productivity
Provide in-store Education support around key pillars and brand strategies
Support monthly in-store Education Calendar
Conduct Sephora in-store Trainings
Monitor the use of provided in-store training tools
Act as an ambassador for Give Back Beauty Brands
Skills & abilities
Must own a reliable vehicle and have a valid driver's license
Must be able to maintain and work from office at home
Proven success working in a sales environment, achieving sales targets and controlling costs
Ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships
Experience managing, developing, and coaching individuals and teams
Ability to analyze sales results, future sales options, promotional results and in-store team performance
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills
Excellent oral and written communication and problem-solving skills
Team player
Strong computer skills including Word, Advanced Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
Understanding of impeccable customer service
Nimble, flexible, proactive
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of previous field sales experience in
Prestige Beauty & Fragrances.
Experience and understanding of the major retailers in Canada, with previous and notable experience with SEPHORA, Shoppers Drug Mart, and London Drugs preferred.

Pay: $75,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
