Sales Associate

to join our growing team!

This is more than just a sales role, it's an opportunity to be part of a team that proudly represents Indigenous cultures and communities through a wide range of products from Indigenous artists, businesses and organizations.

Location:

Saskatoon YXE International Airport

Availability Required:

Early mornings (5-9 am), late nights (5-9 pm), weekends

Transportation:

A reliable vehicle and valid Class 5 Driver's License are mandatory (staff parking provided)

Training:

All training will be conducted at the Saskatoon Airport location following completion of mandatory Transport Canada security clearance protocols
In this role, you will play a key part in providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and contributing to the overall success of our store. The kiosk is located past security and sees hundreds of travellers daily, providing a dynamic and fast paced environment.

Your duties and responsibilities include:

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner Provide product information and recommendations Process transactions accurately and efficiently Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales space Restock stands and ensure proper product displays Meet or exceed sales goals and targets Build lasting relationships with customers to encourage repeat business Assist with inventory management and weekly restock lists

Skills you have:

Excellent organizational skills; able to manage multiple tasks and priorities Strong time management, especially during daily setup and takedown Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Sales-focused mindset with the ability to understand customer needs and offer solutions Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent Minimum 1 year of customer service and/or sales experience Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team Keen attention to detail and a strong customer service ethic

Early morning, evening, and weekend availability required

Valid Class 5 Driver's License and reliable transportation required
