Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Retail Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Duties

- Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Demonstrate product features and benefits through effective product demos
- Utilize strong communication skills to upsell and cross-sell products
- Maintain a tidy and welcoming store appearance - Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately
- Assist in restocking shelves and monitoring inventory levels

Qualifications
- Prior experience in retail sales is preferred
- Proficiency in basic math for handling transactions

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
