About the Role:

As a Sales Associate, you'll be the face of Plane Jane Cannabis, providing top-notch customer service and cannabis education to our customers. Whether they're seasoned connoisseurs or curious first-timers, you'll help guide them to the perfect product in a safe, welcoming, and judgment-free environment.

What You'll Do:

Greet and assist customers with product knowledge and recommendations Stay up to date on product inventory and cannabis trends Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant sales floor Operate the POS system with accuracy and efficiency Uphold all legal and company regulations regarding cannabis sales
What We're Looking For:

19+ with a valid government-issued ID Energetic, customer-focused, and team-oriented attitude Prior retail or cannabis experience is a bonus, but not required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Willingness to learn and grow in the cannabis industry
